Additional fees

The following fees are added to the standard order price only when the corresponding option applies.

Standard intake hours

Monday–Friday 8:00–20:00, Saturday 9:00–13:00 CET. Within those hours only standard prices apply — no emergency surcharge. Sunday and after hours — urgent contact via email or WhatsApp.

How much does MRN closure cost?

Price depends on the port. NL/BE ports (Rotterdam, Amsterdam, Antwerp, Zeebrugge) — 15 EUR per container. DE ports (Hamburg, Bremerhaven, Wilhelmshaven) — 20 EUR, discounted to 19 EUR from 50 containers monthly.

Are there any hidden costs?

No. The quoted prices include full service: port-system registration, MRN status monitoring, CC599C/IE599 issuance, and support when issues arise. No account, configuration or consultation fees.

Are there any volume discounts?

Yes. From 50 containers per month, the DE port price drops to 19 EUR per container. For 100+ containers monthly, we prepare an individual offer — contact us.

How much does MRN closure cost for dangerous goods (IMO/DG)?

The surcharge for dangerous goods (IMO/DG) is +15 EUR and applies only to German ports. At NL/BE ports, IMO/DG is included in the standard 15 EUR price.
